I cancelled the order as there was overbilling by over Rs. **** - as against Rs. ***** you had charged me Rs *,****-. I was waiting for full refund of Rs. *,****- Shocked to receive an SMS from you stating "Refund of Rs.****- issued on *th June will reflect in your bank by **-Jun for Pvt banks and ** Jun for Govt banks - Ref* ******-******." **I am one of your regular customer and I lost trust in you on overbilling.
