The issue in GetHuman-figment_'s own words
Hello,*I had ordered an item Order* ***-*******-********And noticed that my payment was refunded.*I contacted amazon via chat and was told my order was fine and was still on the way. the customer service rep said something about "pinless debits are sometimes charged twice and one charge is sent back after it ships" or something like that. So i believed them and continued to wait after being assured it was "On the way"*Then today. On the day i was to receive it, i get an email saying it was canceled.*I had ordered said item because it was cheaper being it was an "amazon warehouse" item And was cheaper than the new version.*If i would have known that it was not going to show up i could have gotten it locally for about $** more than the price i would have paid with amazon.**I have been using prime awhile now and in fact just renewed.. but after this blunder i am unsure if i want to continue being a prime member or switch to another company like Walmart for all my online ordering.**So to sum it up. I feel i should have received an email the same time i was refunded and something should have showed to you customer service that it was canceled.
GetHuman-figment_ did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
