I have been asked to send a financial statement showing the last four digits of my debit card. The financial statement does not show the card*s number and as such I cannot show what is being asked and as such the account is blocked. Furthermore I have paid for Amazon Prime for an account that I have no Access to. I cannot find any phone number for customer services in Mexico, where I have the account. My email is *****@***.com
GetHuman-yhojara_ did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
