I wasn’t aware that I have a subscription with amazon prime until my husband called me upset this morning he said we were charged twice for a subscription i didin’t know exist! I NEVER even once used it. I check past email and apparently there’s an email saying i have free trial this was dated April *, ****. if i have a ** days trial how come we got charged twice already??!! This is shady and unfair I hope to get my money back for the two charges made on my account that I never used even once. Please help. Thanks
