Trying to find out why the Amazon app was not working. ... The amazon app on my tv is not working properly. I know it's not my box because Neflix works fine. The rep I spoke to seemed to be totally incompetent. He sounded as if I were the first customer he ever spoke to. His only suggestion was to unplug the box and see what happens!
I am sure that there is not a problem with the box because the DVD player works perfectly, as does the Netflix app.
They need their reps to be better trained. And when a call is disconnected, Amazon should call the customer back.
I've been an Amazon customer for at least ** years, maybe more. And I've had Amazon Prime for several years. AND I bought the Sony box FROM Amazon.
Tomorrow I will try to reset the box myself. But I have no great hope that it will work.
