I bought an IMac new computer from my son. The Order* ***-*******-*******. After installing computer, a malware got on the computer and we could not get into it. While my son was trying to reset the computer, he deleted the software on the drive and each time we turn the computer on, it says password required. We took it to an Apple store and was told to call apple directly. We call Apple and apple said that they have the "Firmware password" but they cannot issue it to a third party. We should call the place we bought the computer so the the seller or the original person who first bought the computer from Apple should call the Apple for the Firmware password. Apple contact number is ***********. The computer Serial number is YM******HS*. My contact number is ********** and my email address is *****@***.com
