Moments ago I sent message regarding non receipt of an item I ordered on *******. I do not want to speak to a telephone agent at this time, And, I do not want to be in a forum for other people's issue. I expect Amazon to either provide me the item I ordered, paid for and they emailed me stating item delivered on the **th to the "Mail Room" meaning as I'm told my post office or I want a reply from Amazon via email*chat. My order number is *****************, Tracking Number TBA************. I don't need to repeat all my personal information over the telephone, to allow someone else to hear enough to help them pull enough of my personal data so they can engage in fraudulent activity using my numbers. It has been done. Amazon should be able to look at my order number and tracking number to get the necessary information to make my transaction right and not ask me for additional personal info that has nothing to do with the order I placed. If not then Amazon needs to refund the account that they withdrew the money from.
GetHuman-essiac did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
