Help with my Amazon issue
The issue in GetHuman-kokilala's own words
took up offer of Amazon Prime free for one month. Wanted to cancel it after that trial period: don t do enough shopping to warrant it. As I went to cancel it, was offered a further month free. Accepted it. Now find I am being billed £*.** per month, without my permission. I wish to conclude Amazon Prime immediately, and have that payment refunded, and no further payments taken.
GetHuman-kokilala did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-kokilala fixed the problem
I expressed my upset at what happened to Amazon in very strong language, it was resolved immediately, allegedly, it's what I ve heard by email. Have not checked either Amazon site or my bank for a refund. Will do so.
