I returned an Item to a kohls location (as instructed) and they gave me a receipt for my return but it appears amazon and kohls do not communicate effectively because my return never reflected on my account and now I'm out of the money i paid for and I no longer have the product. I would like the full reimbursement to an amazon gift card on my account like I selected when initiating the return process
