I was attempting to charge my car battery. The charger never fully charges the batttery. ... Purchased a NOCO Genius **** battery charger in April and discovered over the weekend of **** and ******* that it was acting faulty. I had previously discovered that it had a miissing part but thought that I'd keep it anyway. I then came to the conclusion after giving a few days evaluation that it does not work anymore afterwhichI then discovered that the return date expired on **** ***. It is broken and missing a connection . Is there any possible I can return it?. Thanks- Clark E.Thornton
I had previuosly noticed a separate battery connection was missing and was going to keep the charger until I realized it was broken.
I would like to return it to a Amazon return center located at a Kohl's store which is close to me.
My wife orders stuff for me on her account and we have made several purchases through Amazon in the last year alone.
I've been attempting to have Amazon call me but I can't enter a code to confirm the call because I don't have texting on my landline.
I have an issue with Amazon too
