On April **th, ** inbound FBA books arrived at BW** but * of the ** are showing as inactive. I know they received them, and in fact * of the * shows * available, but still inactive. Somehow they were not properly logged in or processed or something. I've initiated investigations weeks ago, tried fixing and relisting the items, but nothing has worked so far. The emails I've received all seem to work under the assumption that the error is on my end, which it is not. The Shipping Queue still indicates "Receiving" with last activity over a month ago now. Is it normal to take this long when there's an inbound receiving anomaly?**Please help.
GetHuman-wholebra did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
