I ordered a computer and extended service plan yesterday and selected the Amazon store card payment plan. I received an email I would have to modify my payment method but no explanation as to how. I used customer service chat. The service plan charge showed up on my account but not the charge for the computer. I suspect I may have given the agent the order * for the service plan rather than the computer. The order number for the computer is ORDER * ***-*******-*******. Could I please get a status check and information about how to make this order happen? Thank you.
