Hi Amazon,**I created an Amazon account today using the email address of "*****@***.com" and then added SGD** to the gift card balance of this Amazon account. I then realised I had not created this email account yet but when I went to try and create it, I discovered that this email address already belonged to someone else! Please could you then refund the SGD** and also delete this Amazon account. I am actually an existing customer of Amazon with the email address of "*****@***.com".
GetHuman-windstor did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
