I ordered a ecard to my daughter for $** and she hasn’t received it. I seen that it was Verified on my phone. Now it’s saying that my account has been frozen. And I sent a picture of my bank statement as asked and now it’s saying that I will be Notified within a ** hour period. It’s for my daughters birthday and ** hours isn’t a good answer as to why this happened and it said it was verified and within * mins. She will receive the ecard & I will get a text of delivery.
