I ordered a swing in January. The order details: Order* ***-*******-******* **The product broke while my kids were swinging on it and they were injured. I've been trying to get them to send me a strap that will not break again, but they are offering only to send me the same product. I have no confidence that the same product won't just break again. Could you please issue a refund for this order so I can go and buy a swing that won't break on me?**I sent a message to Amazon last week and have not heard anything back.
