I returned an ordered TV wall mount to Amazon That UPS says was received by Amazon on Thursday *********. The order number ORDER * ***-*******-******* applies. I returned * wall mounts to Amazon that UPS says were both received by Amazon on ** March ****. I received an email from Amazon that stated that one of the items had not been received by Amazon. The item stated by Amazon to be missing is ECHOGEAR Full Motion Articulating TV Wall Mount Bracket for **"-**" TVs - Easy To Install On **" or **" Studs & Features Smooth Articulation, Swivel, & Tilt - EGLF**Sold by: ECHOGEAR*$**.**. Amazon are now recharging me for this returned item. I do not know how to proceed at this point except to return to UPS or contact a human at Amazon.
GetHuman-haukur_h did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
