I got an Amazon Prime membership in January for $**. That month I was charged BOTH my previous monthly charge AND the $** fee. I called and got the monthly charge removed. I also have a receipt for my yearly fee charged on *-**-**. Now I received a statement from my credit card that has ANOTHER Amazon prime $** charge. This statement is dated in March. I need you to get your billing straight and remove this recent ** charge from my account. I will not be renewing Amazon Prime after this year is up as I hear you are raising yor rates again.
