Help with my Amazon issue
you are taking money from my account yet again for amazon prime and I am not a member. you are taking *.** a month out of my account. we have had this issue three times now. as soon as it is sorted there you are taking money from my account again. to top it all I cannot cancel prime as I have not got it. a full refund and some compensation as it happens so often
I trust that Amazon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
