I cancelled Amazon prime ** dollars last night and today I'm charged *** dollars for Amazon prime when I cancelled it and receiving a **dollar refund. Now I'm charged for *** dollars that I didn't authorize at all. My subscription was ** dollars that I cancelled so why I'm I charged *** for something I didn't order
I trust that Amazon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
