The issue in GetHuman-himagudu's own words
Hi, I requested to cancel my prime account and Amazon customer representative responded positively and got a mail "I've canceled your Amazon Prime membership. You'll receive a refund of $**.** for the Amazon Prime membership fee. Refunds typically process within *-* business days and appear as a credit on your statement." But It's already been a month but I did n't get any refund. Can you please check regarding the issue?
GetHuman-himagudu did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
