How did GetHuman-himagudu do it?

Hi, I requested to cancel my prime account and Amazon customer representative responded positively and got a mail "I've canceled your Amazon Prime member****p. You'll receive a refund of $**.** for the Amazon Prime member****p fee. Refunds typically process within *-* business days and appear as a credit on your statement." But It's already been a month but I did n't get any refund. Can you please check regarding the issue?
I trust that Amazon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
