Please note: They are telling me an "Account Specialist" will contact me BY PHONE. Problem is if they don't happen to catch me at home than I can not cal them back. They won't talk to my wife. They won't call on my scheduled. so if they don't happen to catch me (VERY likely) then I am out of luck for how much longer???This is absurd ESPECIALLY since I fixed the password that YOU broke and made an order. That you are apparently sending!?! CHAIN OF EVENTS:** - YOU broke my password.** - I tried *-* time to log in ** I used lost password link to fix what YOU BROKE.** logged in and CHECKED MY ACCOUNT THOROUGHLY* (noting wrong)** Made an order for about $** ** Then you guys broke my password AGAIN!!** Then I call over and over get put on hold for ** min, get yanked around. Answer many questions and the assistant admitted I got every detail right and that I knew about every recent order AND they are all ***% from the same device and same IP! What exactly do you guys need to straighten this out?!!!
