I had a charge on my conto bank of **.**, it seems to be amazon prime, but i already have my invoice from novembre, i also checked my bank conto and it said i already paid in november, i thought it was for one year. ... because i'm not understanding.
because you took me off money from my bank, without any apparently reason!
GetHuman-jazminb did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
