Signed by: Carl. **The item I received was a shower hose and not the dog collar that I ordered. I contacted the maker and was informed that the item was supplied by Amazon UK and therefore it is for Amazon UK to sort out. It is not possible to return the item as it was shipped to Zambia. I would like the correct item that I ordered to be sent to me.**Thank you
