I signed up for Amazon's 1-month free trial but canceled after 3 days. Despite canceling, money was still taken from my account. I have spoken to your staff but have only received abuse and denial regarding my account. I have bank statements showing charges since October. Please explain this or refund the £73.00 that was taken unlawfully. If this is not resolved, I will involve a solicitor. I expect a prompt response as I am losing patience.

I have been a customer with your company for many years. My account is linked to an old email address, [redacted] Despite not changing my password, I have noticed unauthorized charges for Amazon Prime on my credit card statement. Although I canceled my Amazon Prime subscription a few months back, I am now unable to access my account as my password is not being accepted. This has left me concerned about potential unauthorized access, especially considering I have been a long-time user without issues. Additionally, I have received a free 6-month trial of Prime Video from EE, which I intended to add to my phone for holiday viewing, though I already have Sky Go. I bought an oil diffuser on March 26, [redacted], and the LED lights stopped working within two weeks. I contacted Amazon on April 13th and got an email saying the supplier was informed. Bilibbi emailed on the same day asking for my address to send a replacement. By May 6th, I hadn't received anything, so I messaged them with no response. On May 8th, ParcelForce asked for £20.03 for import VAT on a parcel from China, complicating matters because I believe the item was faulty and a replacement should be provided without additional cost.

Hello, I purchased a New Dell Vostro Intel i3 Laptop with Windows 7 Pro from Takazo Ltd. Unfortunately, the laptop has completely stopped working, even though it is still under its 5-year warranty. Despite emailing and calling the company, I have not received any response. After reading several negative reviews about this company, I am doubtful that they will assist me. I bought this laptop through Amazon, assuming that the company was reliable and that the warranty would be honored. As a pensioner, I cannot afford to replace the laptop. Hello Amazon team, I'm Melinda. I recently placed an order for a gel heel sleeve for plantar fasciitis and accidentally ordered it twice. I'm concerned about receiving both and being charged twice. I noticed a £1 delivery charge when I thought it was free, could you clarify this for me? Also, I found a £7.99 transaction on my bank statement from Saturday, May 4, [redacted], labeled Amazon Prime Amzn.Co.U Luxembourg. I did not make this transaction as I was working that day. I purchased 2 rollerball refills from Merc Enterprises in India via Amazon UK. The refills were shipped to Sweden and then taken by the Swedish post office for customs duties exceeding their value. Additionally, a handling fee was added, totaling five times more than the refills' cost. Upon refusal, Merc Enterprises provided a refund, now reflected in my Amazon account. Unexpectedly, the refills arrived today from the Swedish post office without any explanation. Could you please arrange to return the refund to Merc Enterprises since I have received the items? I have noticed a charge of £7.99 per month on my account. I am unsure about the reason behind this. I contacted Lloyds Bank yesterday, and they suggested it may be related to Amazon Prime, although I am not a member to my knowledge. I rarely use Amazon, and mostly for small items. I request immediate resolution of this issue. Although I do not know the total amount yet, I trust you can investigate this for me. This situation has been quite stressful for me. Hello, I am inquiring about a delivery with tracking info VA[redacted] that was scheduled to arrive yesterday. I noticed from my last check that there was a message stating "insufficient delivery address details." This home address receives items regularly and is not a forwarding address. The tracking indicated a delivery attempt, but no one was present, which is inaccurate as the homeowner was home all day yesterday and today. I accidentally ordered the wrong shoe size, and despite trying to cancel, it was already dispatched on 19th of April. I followed advice not to collect it from the Amazon locker so it would be returned. The carrier picked it up for return on 27th of April at 2:11 pm. I was informed I would get refunded 2-3 days after you receive the package. It has been almost two weeks now, and I have not received the refund. The tracking number for the return is Q[redacted]4. I reached out to the seller, but they directed me to contact Amazon instead.

I am experiencing issues with the Lumify [redacted] solar lights purchased in November [redacted]. Despite following the recharging instructions, they only stay lit for a few hours and do not turn on the next day. Strangely, the lights have been working perfectly until recently, and I have managed to keep them charged through the winter with the solar panel. I have another set of these lights that is still functioning correctly. I am having trouble ordering a new ebook due to a billing issue. If this is not fixed, I will cancel my order. I have tried multiple ways to contact support without success, which is frustrating and disappointing. I have been a Kindle user since August [redacted] and have enjoyed many books on the device. This is the first time I've been unable to reach support for help. Currently, I am using my Kindle Fire as my regular Kindle had an issue last year, and I have an unused replacement discount. My son, who is autistic, purchased an £85.00 gift card from WHSmith on Monday, May 6th. Unfortunately, he accidentally scratched off some of the numbers on the card while on his way home. When he tried to get a refund due to the card being damaged, he was unable to do so. After he lost the gift card, I reached out to WHSmith, and they were able to provide some of the numbers found on the card and the receipt. However, more numbers are needed to use the gift card. This situation has made my son upset, especially since it was purchased for his 17th birthday to replace a keyboard for his tablet. I recently bought a pair of IUGA yoga pants, that were meant to be dark blue but I received black instead. Unlike my previous purchases, these pants didn't have the IUGA logo and came in substandard packaging, in a plain plastic bag instead of the usual zip lock pouch with the logo. The delivery took longer, and it seems they might have been shipped from China instead of directly from IUGA. When I contacted the seller for a return, they offered a return but wanted me to cover the return expenses. I'm displeased with the wrong color and the poor quality of the product. The seller also suggested keeping the pants with only a 30% refund. I'm concerned this might be a scam. I am seeking a full refund and, if they require the return of the pants, they should provide a prepaid shipping label or packaging. Thanks, Ron B.

I placed an order for Persuader by Lee Child and Darling Baby Mine in March through my Prime membership. Unfortunately, I did not receive the books initially, so I contacted customer service for assistance. They were kind enough to send out replacements, which I have received. However, I later received two emails stating that my bank account was charged for the books because I did not return the originals. I never received the original books in the first place, which is why I reached out for help. This situation has occurred multiple times now, and I am worried about being charged for items I never got. I am reaching out on behalf of my 83-year-old mother who has noticed multiple Amazon and Audible charges on her bank statement starting from January [redacted]. She is uncertain about these charges and suspects someone might have used her debit card without authorization. The Amazon payments reference is MUSIC*MN17M33H4, [redacted]1 LU, and the Audible charges simply show Audible.co.uk. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel these subscriptions as we don't have access to the associated accounts and haven't received any emails from Amazon in her inbox. The bank account is under the name of Diana Bennett, and the card ends with [redacted]. Any guidance on how to identify and cancel these subscriptions would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Sir or Madam, On May 9, [redacted], I placed an order for 2 GP Globe Packaging 750mm x 100M Heavy Duty Brown Kraft Wrapping Paper Rolls (90gsm - [redacted] METRES). Today, upon receiving the items, I was surprised to find that the brown paper rolls were much smaller than expected. Each roll seemed to be less than [redacted] meters, possibly only around 10 meters. I weighed each roll and they were only 2500g, far below the expected weight of over [redacted] grams. This indicates that the items are incorrect. I am willing to return the items, but I would need to pay for the postage upfront. If the seller acknowledges the mistake, they should reimburse me for the postage. However, if they claim the items are correct, I risk losing the postage fees. Should Amazon intervene as a third party to address this issue? I find it hard to trust the seller, given the discrepancy with a previous order on March 8, [redacted], which was a much larger and heavier roll. My partner and I live in different parts of the UK. He bought 2 chill out wedge seats in preparation for our holiday on April 1st. Unfortunately, when we opened the package upon his arrival on April 28th, one of the wedges had a small hole and began deflating immediately. We were unable to use them during our trip overseas from April 29th to May 7th. When my partner called on May 8th to address the issue, he was informed that we couldn't return the damaged item due to the time passed. We're left with one faulty wedge with a hole and another unused. We are disappointed as the product is not usable. The cost was around £32.
