I returned a defective kids kindle to yourselves which was received on March **rd. This morning I received an email informing me that I had been charged *** pounds for the kindle because you never received it. I phoned to explain this and after ** minutes on the phone I managed to get a refund from a very unhelpful supervisor.*So I wasted ** minutes trying to get a refund for something that should never had been taken from my bank and what is worse I have to wait up to * days for my refund to go back into my bank.I trust this is not the way Amazon wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have shopped with you for a long time and have never encountered such treatment before.
