I returned a defective Kids Kindle to you, which you received on March 23rd. Today, I received an email stating I was charged £[redacted] since you hadn't received it. I called to clarify, and after 25 minutes on the phone, I obtained a refund from an unhelpful supervisor. It's frustrating to spend that time fixing an error that shouldn't have occurred, and now I have to wait up to 7 days for the refund. I hope this isn't Amazon's usual way of treating loyal customers. I've been a customer for a long time and never had this issue. I'm eager to know how you plan to avoid this in the future. Looking forward to your response. Regards, John.

Hi Tyrone, I'm having trouble reaching you through email. RZK textiles, also known as Sockstack, have received my returned package. I originally ordered boxer shorts from them, but they sent the wrong ones. Initially, they requested that I cover the return shipping costs. With the help of Amazon, I obtained a postage-paid returns label from RZK textiles. Unfortunately, Royal Mail did not accept the label, stating that the sender did not pay the full postage. I am puzzled as to why this occurred since it was a postage-paid label provided by RZK textiles. Can you please seek clarification from them? I recently made a purchase on Amazon, and I noticed that the Prime delivery box was pre-selected. Even when I tried to deselect it, it wouldn't change. To resolve this, I logged out and logged back in to reorder, using the "Buy now with one click" option. However, I later received an email from Amazon Prime informing me that my free trial was starting today. I did not intend to sign up for this trial, and I believe the Prime delivery option should not be pre-selected. I kindly request the cancellation of this trial. - I.R.

My account has been on hold for over a month, and Amazon refuses to lift the hold despite multiple attempts to verify my email address. I have provided my bank information for verification, and even had my bank confirm the card and billing address. I've contacted customer service numerous times and received the same email requesting address verification. I went as far as emailing Jeff Bezos, only to receive a response from an account specialist saying my account will remain closed, and any pending orders have been canceled. I have not violated any rules and have even put a gift card balance on the account. Dealing with Amazon's repetitive emails and requests for bank statements is becoming exhausting. I am at a loss for what to do next.

I bought a Marantz MCR611 on May 14, [redacted] (order number [redacted]-[redacted]). Unfortunately, it has a Bluetooth issue. I returned it to AV Direct for repairs soon after purchasing. After returned, it worked intermittently which I tolerated. Now, it's not functioning at all. I contacted AV Direct who mentioned it has a 2-year warranty and advised me to reach out to Amazon about it. This has been a disappointing experience, and I'm contacting customer support for the first time. I would prefer a refund or a replacement with a different model. The unit is in excellent condition with all original accessories. Please assist. Thank you, Derek Kay.

Hello, I submitted refund requests for the "Subrtex Stretch Dining Chair Covers Elastic High Back Dining Room Chair Cover, Machine Washable Anti-Slip Parson Chair Protector for Party (Set of 4, Sand)" and the "Door Handle Protector 10Pack Protective Handle Covers Soft Foam Kid Baby Safety Door Handle Knob Guard Beige Color" on the same day. At the post office, the employee scanned the QR code for the chair covers but not for the door handle protectors, even though they were in the same box. The employee assured me that both items would be refunded. Just wanted to confirm that both items are in the same box for refund purposes. Thank you, Maria D.

Hello, I noticed a charge of £1 on my bank account from Amazon EU this morning. I do not have a seller account and have never sold items on Amazon. The only recent purchase I made on Amazon was a diffuser, and that's when the £1 charge occurred. This is the first time this has happened, so I am a bit puzzled. Can Amazon UK kindly clarify why this charge occurred without any prior notification? Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account as I am being informed that the expiry date on my credit card is incorrect, resulting in a block on my account. Despite attempting to contact customer service via email, I am unable to proceed as I am unable to complete the security question related to the credit card. I am aware that the expiry date has changed due to a new card, but the credit card number remains the same. The inability to resolve these issues without access to my account is preventing me from placing orders for Kindle books. I have attempted to call customer service, but the provided number is no longer operational. I kindly request urgent assistance in resolving my account access issue. Thank you.

Hello, On the 18th of March, I purchased a Blu-ray DVD of "Bohemian Rhapsody" (order number: [redacted]-[redacted]) specifically for the exclusive unseen footage. Unfortunately, I discovered that my device does not support Blu-ray DVDs, so I have not been able to watch it. Although I removed the plastic wrapping, I have not used the item in any way. Could you please inform me if I am eligible for a refund or credit since I have found an alternative format of the movie that works with my device, even though it does not include the special unseen footage? My son placed an order for a computer on March 20th, but it hasn't arrived yet. Despite reaching out to customer service via email and phone, they claim it was delivered. He then had to submit a scanned copy of a police report to Amazon Customer Services suspecting interception. Unfortunately, the local police couldn't provide a hard copy. Even after repeatedly contacting Amazon Customer Services regarding the delivery details, he received generic responses. He inquired about the recipient, delivery location, and whether couriers asked for signatures or if the security code was activated, but only received the same scripted answers. I purchased the iBathUK Modern Chrome Towel Robe Hook (ACC106) for my bathroom, but the product's installation details were incorrect. The installation manual (Ref FIACTBY06V1.0) depicted the backplate with screw holes in a vertical position (diagrams 04, 05, 07), when they should have been horizontal. This led to significant wasted time and extra repair work on my part. I am requesting a refund as a recognition of the time and effort spent rectifying the installation of this hook.

On February 28th, I purchased 3 sets of shelf brackets for my greenhouse from Amazon. I received the brackets from 'You Garden Peterborough,' and £18.97 was charged to my credit card. However, on the same day, Amazon (UKMW4MO1F44) charged an additional £21.94 without explanation. I have not received a refund, and no extra shelf brackets were sent, which I did not intend to buy. Kindly process a refund of £21.94 to my Mastercard at your earliest convenience.

Hello, I sent an email after placing my D Mannose order on Jan 18th to cancel my Prime Membership. I was unaware of the specific cancellation process and was surprised to discover I was charged £7.99 for both February and March. Despite not using Prime since January, I unintentionally paid for the membership due to misunderstanding the cancellation procedure. I hope that the membership is canceled now. Hello, About a year and a half ago, I purchased two Amazon Kindle Kids 7. I have always had positive experiences with Amazon's products and services. Unfortunately, after this period, both devices have stopped working. They have completely lost their battery life and are not accepting any charge. This is quite disappointing considering the investment in these costly devices. I bought both Kindles from Argos. I returned one already, and they replaced it. However, the replacement is now broken as well, and I am facing challenges getting it exchanged. I would appreciate your assistance with this matter as my children truly enjoyed using their Kids Fire Kindles, and I valued the control it provided over their screen time. In February, I requested a refund for two cancelled gift cards totaling £40 (£30 and £10). Initially ordered for myself, I redirected the cards to my son in Sheffield due to delays. Despite being charged for both orders, I have not received a refund for the initial purchase. I have contacted Amazon via email and phone to no avail. My bank details are on file with Amazon, and I request they expedite the refund to my account promptly. The delay has been extensive considering refunds usually process swiftly. Thank you, P. Meakin. Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my Amazon account which has been on hold since October [redacted]. I followed their instructions by sending a fax three times, mailing a letter via special delivery, and sending multiple emails. However, I keep receiving automated responses asking for the same information. Additionally, I have over £[redacted] in gift card balance that I am unable to access due to being locked out of my account. I'm contemplating contacting the media about this issue because I believe many other customers may have faced similar situations.

I recently made an order but had to cancel part of it due to a delivery charge discrepancy. I used an Amazon gift card but am unsure if additional funds were taken from my credit card. Subject: Issue with My Recent Book Order Hello, I am reaching out to this email address as I am unable to locate your customer service contact information. I placed an order for the book "The Shack" on March 11, [redacted], in Gurgaon, Delhi. The order number is #[redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, the parcel has not yet arrived at the intended destination. I recently received an email from the carrier service, Aremax, indicating that there are additional charges (customs amount) of INR [redacted] required for the delivery to proceed. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the service provided, as I was not informed in advance about these extra fees beyond my initial payment for the product, shipping, handling, and taxes. Hello, I recently topped up my account with £25 in-store and did not receive the £5 promotional credit, which was part of the offer for first-time Top Up In Store users. Hello, I recently purchased an Epson Ecotank printer [redacted] from Amazon.uk with order number [redacted]-[redacted]. The printer was listed as "Used - Like New" but arrived with some damage to the packaging. I have attached pictures to illustrate the issues I encountered. Picture 1 depicts a discrepancy in the ink level upon receipt, as one quarter of the ink had already been used, contrary to the instructions for filling the tank. Picture 2 highlights printing quality problems, leading me to clean and align the printer heads. The printer's internal page count indicates extensive prior use, with [redacted] color pages and [redacted] black and white pages already printed before my minimal use. Considering the condition and usage history, I request a replacement printer that aligns with the expectations of a "Like New" item. Thank you.
