Dear customer service team,* This is Yutong Fang. I have bought * items in October ****, and then bought one item this January. I think I must have clicked the wrong button by accident, so I became a prime member by accident and I don’t even know I am a Prime member. I have been deducted money from my debit card since last year, but I did not enjoy any benefits from a prime membership because I don’t know I am a member so I don’t buy items much on Amazon. I wonder If the prime money been deducted every month from my credit card could refund to me to protect my consumer rights. Thank you so much. *All the best,*Yutong Fang.
