I have not been able to reach you by phone as always a busy signal. **On March **, **** I placed an order for a gift voucher and then by mistake I placed a second order for a gift voucher. That order * is *****************. I have been charged on my credit card for this mistaken purchase. Can you tell me if this was actually sent to the person? Can you credit my credit card and remove this gift voucher? This gift voucher says it needs a printable receipt does this mean it was not sent to the person yet?
