I have ordered a wooden box from Hobbycraft via Amazon on the **.*.****.*Due to amistake with the log in my first attempt showed an error during the process and i repeated that order again. *an hour later the first order showed on my phone to be successful as well . I called in that evening and was reassured that I will only receive one box and that the second order would be cancelled immediately. *I received one box few days later but just fond out that the payment of £**.** has been taken out twice of my account that day.**I wonder if you would be so kind and refund me the amount of £**.** as I only received one box.**Thank you for your help.*Kind regards **Dr.I Kirchner**Ps The first order was done by accident under the name of my son Fritz Kirchner and while I paid with my master card the error occurred.*The second order few minutes later was successfully done under my name Dr.I Kirchner.*I called in that evening and spoke to somebody from customer service and was reassured that only one box will be delivered.*Unfortunately you still took the payment twice as I can see on my bank account statement today.
