I spoke to somebody in December about being charged £*.** for Amazon prime which i explained i do not recall signing up for and you could not supply me with the info as to which order it was set up on. I asked to cancel the Prime and was told it will be done. But for Jan and Feb you have continued to take payment. Please issue a fefund as i have no recollection of setting up Amazon prime and you cant tell me what order i set it up with. Do you automatically set up Prime when you purchase an item in that case is Fraud.
