I am still awaiting a refund of £**.** back onto my credit card after returning an item, for a *nd time. I purchased a HIVE *** Hub **.**.** it was delivered next day - I had ** mins attempting to get this device to work before I then spent another ** mins on to Hive's own support system via a **** telephone number and without a solution, other than Hive technical said the device was faulty and requested I contact Amazon for a replacement. I used your returns systems to order a replacement. I received the second Hive Hun *** from Amazon the next day, but it too suffered from the exact same problem. After my experience with the first unit using Hive support and how this was not resolved I decided not to continue with this device and I used your 'Live Chat' service to explain the problems. I was informed to return this and Amazon Live Chat person emailed me the returns labels. Of the two Hive Hub *** the first one I arranged its return using Amazon system online and opted for Hermes Collect service, this was collected next day *th and I have a receipt. The second Hive Hub *** your Live Chat emailed me the returns labels, this time using Royal Mail **hr service so I had to take to my local post office, done on **.**.** and I received a receipt for proof of posting. Now **.**.** I haven't received the refund of the £**.**, so can you please informed me when this amount will be placed into my Credit Card account - ending xx****
