£** has been taken from my bank account for a year of amazon prime. I have not signed up for this now or in the past. So I am confused as to how they have my details and why they have charged me £** for an account I do not own. I cannot get onto my amazon prime account to cancel this as I have not set one up therefore I would like a refund. I also did not receive an email before they charged me this money, which are usually sent to customers before proceeding to take the payment.
