Dear Amazon,**I’m a Portuguese guy living and working in the Netherlands, however I still use my Portuguese bank here. In Portugal we have the MB Net service, which allows us anonymously to generate credit, only to be used once. Therefore if the card gets stolen, we won’t lose anything. Also these cards allow a single transaction with a top amount, which we do specify. You can learn more here: https:**www.mbnet.pt*en*frequently-ask-questions* For this reason I have no billing associated with this credit card to show.**I generated one of these cards to buy a smartphone from your UK website, but as I can see more than one transaction was attempted with it. Then I received an e-mail requesting to send a bill with this credit card, which I don't have due to the circumstances. Later I submitted a document here https:**www.amazon.com*gp*help*customer*display.html*?nodeId********** with this information, however I keep receiving e-mails from *****@***.com requesting to submit the document again, which I already did several times.**My account email is the same as this one: *****@***.com**Can you help me solving this situation?**Best regards,**Pedro
