I placed an order on ********** and I received an email on the ***** saying the payment has been declined and has not went through. I do not know why it did not go through. The order was of multiple items worth £*** and some items have been processed and others haven't. I need all these items and would like all the items. If you could please look into this order and tell me what has happened and resolve the issue as soon as possible. *order number - ***-*******-*******
