I'd like to speak to someone about an item I'd like to return as it is faulty. I can't get this returned on the date you are suggesting ie. tomorrow, *th Jan. and I can't get this item to a post office as it is too large. If I order a courier I want confirmation that Amazon will refund the total cost of the courier as the item that I bought is faulty.**I want to talk to a person and not just be emailed.

I searched the Amazon website and obtained their telephone number **** *******. I called and got through very quickly. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful and responsive. I was kept informed of progress in relation to my query.
