Hi I bought a ztopia dual station heavy duty bixing stand***-******* back in November as a birthday present for a child I still hadn't recived it by Xmas week the seller was informed and told me he would give a full refund I did eventually manage to get the parcel it was damaged and had bits missing parcel force took lots of pictures as proof bit the seller KALL is refusing to refund demanding I remove feed back before he will refund me i di not know what he means Amazon please help get my £*** back
