Good morning**Firstly, it is disappointing to receive a further email from you on this topic following your initial email dated **th Oct ****.**I sent you a response to your **th Oct email explaining why items had been returned and apologising for the high number of returns at that time.**Your email below states "a continued high-rate of returns" so I have just conducted research into my account activity since your email of **th Oct. Details of my findings are as follows:**** Orders placed at a total value of £***.**. ** Item actually returned (ORDER * ***-*******-******* dated *th Nov) at a total value of £*.** which took * months to receive a refund.**Therefore, given the above the return rate in value since **th Oct is less than *% of the total value of all orders. Could you please explain how this constitutes a "high rate of returns".**I look forward to your response on this matter.**Best Regards**Christine Board
