This is for my Amazon Alexa account. I sent a password reset request but this never appeared in my e-mail. The problem is I need to access my Alexa account as my debit card has been replaced and the payment details on my Alexa account are therefore invalid. I also have the issue that I am not sure which of my e-mail accounts I used for my Alexa account. The * choices are *****@***.com or *****@***.com - I have requested a password reset for both accounts but as I say neither appeared in my inbox. I need access to my Alexa account to enable me to change my payment debit card details. Many thanks
