I am trying to log in to my account I put my email address in and press forgot password after answering a few questions it says we cant seem to identify you so I then enter my postcode it then says we weren't abl to identify you. I then go to creat an account and it says you indicated you are a new customer but an account with the email *****@***.com is already in use, I have been trying to resolve this for some week now and I am no further forward. You sent me a email that said we will call you back but when I pressed on to the link back to square one it asked me to sign in which I cant
