My account has been on hold for nearly * months due to suspected Fraud on my amazon prime account. Since it has been on hold another £*** has been spent (not by me) in addition to the £*** previous (not by me). I have called numerous times and have only ever received one call back from someone in the whole three months. Yet Amazon this whole time are taking out the fee for Amazon prime still!!! If someone doesnt call me back on ************** within the next two days I will be escalating this complaint with the Financial services authority and I cannot remove my cards from the account as it is supposed to be on hold yet the fraud people still managed to spend on it. Shocking customer service, shame on you Amazon. I do not even seem to be getting any emails from Amazon so I can only assume the account email has been changed aswell. If any additional money is taken out whilst my account is on hold I will be taking Amazon to court for negligence.
GetHuman-vickycox did not yet indicate what Amazon.com (UK) should do to make this right.
