Hi I bought a fierce gaming PC Fierce EXILE RGB Gaming PC Desktop Computer Bundle - Fast *.*GHz Hex-Core AMD FX-****, *TB Hard Drive, **GB of ****MHz DDR* RAM * Memory, NVIDIA GeFor, Sold by: Fierce PC Limited @ £***.**. Invoice date * Delivery date ** October **** Invoice * INV-GB-*********-****-****. The order was placed on ** Oct **** and it was delivered on ** Oct ****. On the very first day it was not connecting to wifi and no sound was coming. I contacted fierce pc technical team twice on telephone who then asked me to return it back after a week time. PC was returned to Fierce on ** Nov. I got it back on ** November after they changed its mother board and repaired sound system.*Now on the very first day it again developed the same issue. Moreover, it was initially provided with *.* GHz processor but now after changing motherboard they have downgraded the processor to *.* GHz which is unfair as it is not as per my required specs of original order. Its ports are not working properly like if we install wifi dongle and attach any other thing near the port like headphone or mouse etc it stops working. Windows is not working now as it has not been activated. When I put in the windows key it says it is invalid. In nut shell nothing is working smoothly as regards the PC is concerned. Yesterday I contacted with Fierce again who replied me today that they have changed motherboard what else can they do now.*Please advise me I do not want to keep it as all has been a headache and a problem only and wants to return the whole bundle to get rid of this pain. Please advise me what to do?
