Trying to read various books on the two Kindle Fire Tablets, both are linked to my account ... DRM is not allowing books that I have purchased without constantly re-downloading them. I spoke to an advisor yesterday who said she would pass the problem on to the technical dept and ring me back within ** hours. This promise has not been fulfilled.
That the DRM is causing genuine Amazon customers a considerable amount of frustration and inconvenience by failing to work without hindering the person trying to read an already purchased book
Get the DRM to work without penalizing the genuine Amazon customer, and ring back as promised so I don't have to keep initiating the contract
Have purchased and read Kindle books for years and this is the first time I have encountered the problem.
No as it's not my device, it's the protection software causing the problem
