I am writing to you to raise an issue about: A recent order**Registered Amazon email address:******@***.com**Order number ****-*******-*********I am emailing in behalf of my mother in law who has an account with amazon registered on the above email address.**I ordered a Samsung UE**NU**** **-Inch Dynamic Crystal Colour *K Ultra HD Certified HDR **** Smart TV on the Amazon Website on Friday **rd November and received an order confirmation (copy attached) at ** minutes past ** confirming that the TV ordered and saying it would be delivered on Saturday *st December like requested between *am - *pm. To order this item I added Hollie Wolstencrofts Visa Debit card to my account to make the purchase by using the "Add Card" option. The TV was ordered on a devise that I was logged into and I regularly purchase off amazon on. This can be checked. Everything was fine at this point**Following on from this on Saturday **th November after ordering another item I received an email to say my Amazon account had been blocked and that my items had been put on hold.***I logged onto my account as suggested and sent proof that It was me that used this card to order the above TV as it is my Sons Girlfriends card. I sent a bank statement and was told that I would be contacted within ** hours. ** hours later I did not receive any information. The other item I order then arrived on Monday **th November. At this point I had received no information or an update about my account or the TV ordered. Which I then had to call Amazon to find out what was going on.***I then spoke to many people from the customer service team who were very unhelpful. Again, wasting a lot on my time and me having to do the chasing and researching to find out what the update on the TV was.***I then went to track my order and noticed that the above TV order had been cancelled. I had not agreed for my item to be cancelled. I had not asked if I wanted the item to be cancelled nor was I informed that the item was cancelled. How can you cancel my order without my permission with no reason why? This is disgusting behaviour.***This is unacceptable customer service, I have spent many hours on the phone to the customer service team and not got anywhere and I think it is unacceptable that the Amazon team have blocked my account, told me that my orders were put on hold, sent out one of my orders ordered after the TV and then Amazon have cancelled my TV order without informing me and without me agreeing that this is ok. It is not acceptable that Amazon have done this and that my order is now not on it's way for it original suggested delivery date like agreed on the Order Confirmation.***The order is now under investigation but it is now * days later with no update. This is not acceptable again. It also states on their website that is will be resolved and that I would be contacted within ** hours. * days, nearly * days later and I am no closer as to what is happening with my TV that should be*being delivered on Saturday *st December.*and no one has yet called me back.***This is causing me a lot of stress and it not good for my personal well-being, being kept out the loop and not knowing what is happening and is wasting a lot of my time over something that is Amazons fault. This is not making me feel well.***Not only that, this TV was also a present which is now not being delivered and is leaving them without a TV at all. Again, not acceptable.***This service has been appalling, I would go as far as saying the worst customer service I have ever received. I am still not sure what is happening and it has been * days. Tomorrow will be the *th day. This has taken the best part of a week and I am still no closer to an answer as to why Amazon have treated me, my account and my order like this.*I followed all the steps requested and I sent a bank statement proving that the debit card could be used.**I would like Amazon to re order the TV that they cancelled without my permission as you can not cancel an order without my permission. The Tv was bought at a discounted rate therefore I am willing to pay the original amount as seen in the order confirmation and for amazon to now pay the rest as*compensation for the time wasted chasing this up, the unhelpful customer service, the stress and anxiety it has caused me and for not being informed of any of the problems and having to find them out myself without any support or information.
