I received a hexagon coffee pot a few days ago was so pleased with it I ordered the largest size a ** cup it arrived to day but is faulty . I cannot separate the two units I also notice unlike first kettle no instructions or inner packing and it was a rather tatty box it looked as though it had previously been opened. I have never returned anything and I did not want to be charged for another coffee pot if I ordered one immediately I presume I must wait until you receive the returned pot and compensate my account I would appreciate a quick reply as I really would like the larger size pot as soon as possible Thanking you Anne Coleman
