I accidentally put my billing address as my delivery address and my account was locked for security reasons until I uploaded a recent statement. So I did and they said they would get back to me in ** hours. That was a week ago.i cant access my account at all and I still have * items pending, they took my money and just locked my account. They sent me the same email again a few days ago telling me to upload a document again, but when I tried to get onto the account to upload again, it says I had already uploaded and will get back to me. Please help.
