Hello, I did not receive the 2 items that were supposed to arrive yesterday. No delivery attempt note was left. Today, when I checked my account, it stated that the items were left behind the bins, but they were not there. I have searched thoroughly and asked my neighbors, but the items were not delivered there. The items are: - String Fairy Lights by Parner - Utopia Bedding 4-Piece Bed Sheet Set I would like the lights but would like to cancel the bedding set due to delayed delivery. Your assistance is appreciated. Thank you, A. Drew

I purchased a Fierce EXILE RGB Gaming PC Desktop Computer Bundle from Fierce PC Limited for £[redacted].95. The invoice and delivery date were on October 28, [redacted], with the invoice number INV-GB-[redacted]51-2[redacted]. Upon receiving the PC on October 31, [redacted], I encountered issues with Wi-Fi connectivity and sound. After contacting Fierce PC's technical team twice, I returned the PC on November 12, [redacted]. It was returned to me on November 29 after they replaced the motherboard and repaired the sound system. Unfortunately, the same issues reappeared on the first day of use, and the CPU was downgraded from 4.1 GHz to 3.5 GHz without my consent. The ports are malfunctioning, and Windows is not activated, showing the product key as invalid. Despite their efforts, the PC remains problematic. I have contacted Fierce PC again, but their response was unsatisfactory. I am now considering returning the entire bundle due to the ongoing troubles.

I recently received a parcel on 1/12/[redacted] from Hermes. The package was left in my porch without requiring a signature. Unfortunately, the box arrived in very poor condition with deliberate damage on both ends, and the fittings for the item were missing. After contacting the company I ordered from, they advised me to reach out to you. I prefer not to return the whole parcel but simply receive the missing fittings to complete the item. The order is from mkshopuk for a pack of 4 Adjustable Height Bar Breakfast Support Table Legs. Thankfully, the legs were not damaged, but due to the severe damage to the box, I believe the fittings may have fallen out. It's disappointing that the parcel was delivered in such a state, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could send out the new fittings promptly so I can finish renovating my kitchen. Thank you.

Subject: Amazon Prime Subscription Concern Dear [Redacted], I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a matter that has recently come to my attention regarding Amazon's business practices. I have been a loyal Amazon customer for some time and have always enjoyed the service provided. However, I recently discovered that I was unknowingly enrolled in an Amazon Prime membership and charged an annual fee of £79 without my explicit consent. Upon contacting your customer service department, I was informed that this might have occurred due to selecting the Prime 'same-day delivery' option during a previous order. While this could be the case, it was unintentional on my part, as I had no intention of signing up for Prime membership. Despite not utilizing any Prime benefits, I was grateful that the representative agreed to refund the deducted amount from my account. Nonetheless, I believe it is crucial for Amazon to review and rectify this issue. Automatically enrolling customers in Prime without clear consent, especially when it relates to a simple delivery option selection, may be perceived as misleading practice. I suggest that Amazon's system should prompt customers who inadvertently choose the Prime option with a notification indicating additional charges involved, ensuring transparency in the process. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response. Sincerely, Rob M.

I am experiencing issues with an item I bought through Amazon Marketplace. After speaking with two different Amazon customer service agents, I received conflicting information. I decided to look up the carrier for my parcel online and discovered that it has been sent to Perth City in Western Australia, while I am located in Perth, Scotland. The courier tried to deliver on November 27th. I shared a picture via email with customerservices because I felt the previous representative didn't believe me. Unfortunately, there has been no progress in resolving this matter. Since it is meant to be a Christmas present, I would greatly appreciate a swift resolution.

I purchased an outdoor lantern on Amazon and received a poorly made and scratched item that did not match the picture. After contacting the seller and being provided with a return address, I sent the item back to Angela Robinson as instructed. However, after Angela questioned the return, I suspect the seller might be a scam. I am requesting a full refund. Will this refund be processed through Amazon with my account details safe through their platform? I believe this seller should not be allowed to continue selling on your site. Thank you for your assistance, looking forward to your response.

I was on a Prime 30-day free trial, which ended on 16th November. Even though I didn't renew, Amazon sent me a letter on 1st December offering me another free trial, which I accepted. However, I noticed a charge of £7.99 on 3rd December on my bank account. After canceling the free trial, I was told I would only get a partial refund of £4, which would take 5 to 7 working days. The terms and conditions state no charges if canceled within the 30-day period. I discovered that Amazon is prohibited from mailing customers about Prime 30-day free trials. The letter was signed by Mr. Russell Morris, Director of Amazon Prime Video. Amazon should adhere to their terms and conditions.

Hello, I am Sharan and I represent Community Links, a charitable organization aiding individuals facing mental health challenges. Our upcoming charity event includes a Christmas jumble sale, raffle, and auction to gather funds. The proceeds will support the creation of winter packages for homeless individuals in Leeds, assisting them during the winter. The kindhearted service users organizing this event are vulnerable adults themselves, keen on extending help to others in need on Leeds' streets. I am reaching out to inquire if you would be willing to contribute any donations for our raffle prizes. Your generosity will be acknowledged in our weekly newsletter distributed to over [redacted] staff members in the Yorkshire area, along with mentions on our social media platforms. Any support you can offer will be sincerely appreciated. I eagerly await your response. Warm Regards, Sharan K.

I recently relocated from France to the UK. Before the move, I signed up for the Amazon.fr free trial offer. After moving, I successfully switched my Amazon account from Amazon.fr to Amazon UK without creating a new account. According to your guidelines, Kindle and Audible contents should transfer seamlessly from one Amazon country to another when using the same account, and indeed, my Kindle and Audible contents transferred smoothly from Amazon.fr to Amazon UK. However, I encountered an issue with the Watch Prime service. When trying to access UK-only series like "Outlander," the site indicates that they are "not available in my location," which seems to contradict the information provided. I would appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you. Best regards, M. Picard

I am writing regarding order # [redacted]-[redacted], which was marked as delivered yesterday but was not received. I reside on Flotta, one of the smaller Orkney islands. Parcels sent by private carriers to our island are often left in an unattended shed used as a shelter for ferry passengers. I have a longstanding agreement that parcels should be delivered directly to my door. However, the local carrier, J Groat, frequently leaves packages in the distant shed, two miles away over challenging terrain, despite our delivery terms. As a 76-year-old with arthritis and no means of transportation, walking the four-mile round trip to retrieve my parcels is not feasible. I believe Groat is neglecting his delivery responsibilities. I respectfully request that the delivery agreement be honored and my parcels delivered as instructed.

My account has been on hold for almost 3 months due to suspected fraud on my Amazon Prime account. During this time, an additional £[redacted] has been spent (not by me), on top of the previous £[redacted] (also not by me). I have called multiple times and only received one call back in the past three months. Despite my account being on hold, Amazon is still charging me for Amazon Prime. If I do not receive a callback within the next two days at [redacted][redacted], I will escalate this issue with the Financial Services Authority. I am unable to remove my cards from the account, and it seems my account email may have been changed as well, as I am not receiving any emails from Amazon. If any more money is taken while my account is on hold, I will consider legal action against Amazon for negligence. This level of customer service is unacceptable, Amazon.

I am experiencing issues with what appears to be a breach of my Amazon accounts on both Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk. I have received emails indicating that my passwords were changed, and even the associated email addresses for the accounts were altered. Despite reaching out to Amazon.com via live chat for assistance, I have not received a follow-up within the promised 24-hour window. Subsequently, I have received emails about my UK account having its email changed and another email in German regarding changes to a DE account I do not have. I fear someone may be accessing my accounts to place unauthorized orders or list items for sale. While I have spoken to a UK advisor and have been assured of contact within 24 hours, I am anxious as the .com support team has not reached out yet. I am troubled by the lack of direct communication options available, especially since I am unable to log in due to the changed email address.

Order number: [redacted]-[redacted] I made a purchase on 28/11/18 for 2 grey fitted sheets, but I only received one in a different color. Regrettably, I had opened it before realizing the error, so I felt returning it would be unfair. I proposed keeping the wrong sheet and simply receiving the correct one. Despite this, the seller only offered a full refund upon returning the order, blaming Amazon for the error. I have always had excellent customer service from Amazon, but this experience has left me with just one incorrect sheet after paying £17.90. I am willing to return the opened sheet if necessary, but I am hopeful for a better resolution. I suggested a practical solution: sending me the missing grey sheet, and I am prepared to reorder another. I hope for a resolution soon as I feel caught in a frustrating cycle.

I am an Amazon Prime member and ordered an item last night for next day delivery but was informed via email that the delivery date had been changed to the following day. The listed cost was £59.80, however, I was charged £64.29. The item is the Belkin QODE Ultimate V3 Pro Lightweight Aluminium Keyboard Case for iPad Air 2. The breakdown of the charges is as follows: - Item Subtotal: £49.83 - Postage & Packing: £3.74 - Total before VAT: £53.57 - VAT: £10.72 - Order Total: £64.29 I believe I have been misled by Amazon's listing and would like a refund of £4.49 for the overcharge and some compensation for the delayed delivery.

While receiving delivery Order # [redacted]-[redacted] today, the driver requested to use my bathroom. However, upon gaining access, the driver appeared to act suspiciously by lingering in the bedroom/bathroom area and asking if I have a dog. For security reasons, I would appreciate it if the name/ID of today's driver could be confirmed to me discreetly. I do not want the driver to be informed about this inquiry. Knowing more about the driver would provide me with peace of mind and ensure I have taken necessary precautions to protect myself. I have no intention of confronting or discussing this matter with the driver; I simply want reassurance given the information the driver now has about me. Thank you.

I am interested in purchasing 15-17 copies of a book from Amazon. This request is for a charity initiative I am a part of, and I plan to distribute the books to the pharmacies and general practitioners in my town. The book I am looking for is the second edition of Wendy Jones' "Breastfeeding and Medication." I am a volunteer breastfeeding support worker, and I aim to address the misinformation circulating in my community. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to purchase these copies at full price as I am a stay-at-home mom and do not receive any income for my work. Thank you, Caz.

I purchased a pair of shoes as a gift with the expectation they would arrive within a week, similar to my previous order from China. Disappointed to discover that this order won't reach me until late December or mid-January, I contacted the seller to cancel. The seller proposed a 50% refund, but given the prolonged delivery time and the need to reorder, I am not willing to settle for half the amount. I expect a full [redacted]% refund as I would if I had made the purchase in a store. My order number is: [redacted]-[redacted]. I am dissatisfied with this level of service and request a complete refund.

Hello, I placed an order for a PlayStation 4 Pro 1TB with FIFA 19 ultimate bundle, but even though the status indicates it has been delivered, I have not received it. This was meant to be a birthday present for my husband tomorrow, and I am upset to find myself in this situation. I have already checked with my neighbors and in all possible safe places, but the package is nowhere to be found, not even a delivery notice left at my door. I've been a loyal customer, and I would like a refund for the undelivered item. Could you please address this issue promptly? Thank you, Rosina.

Hello, I am Derek Poole. I have an Amazon account and recently placed an order for Mrs. Norma Gibbins from Warwickshire. I accidentally signed up for Amazon Prime, but have since canceled it and removed her card information. Mrs. Gibbins, who is 85 years old and doesn't have a computer, informed me that Amazon is still charging her £7.99 monthly despite not making any purchases. Can you please address this issue on your end? I anticipate you may request her card details, so kindly inform me of the necessary information when you respond. Thank you. Regards, Derek Poole.

I am disappointed with my recent shopping experience. Despite being a loyal customer, two out of the thirteen items I ordered for Christmas are missing. These missing items are urgent Santa presents for my daughter. The order was placed from the UK and sent to my parents in Kilcloon, Co Meath, Ireland. The tracking information shows that the parcels have been delivered, but I have not received them. I have reached out to the suppliers, but they have been unhelpful, claiming that the parcels were delivered without providing any proof of delivery. The missing items are: B06WV9XMH2 (a letterbox) and B001ANJIHC (a Fitbit strap). I need these items to be re-ordered promptly to ensure they arrive in time for Christmas. Thank you.
