Hi there, I have been checking through my bank statements this evening, and realised that you have been charing me for a Prime membership since ****. I have only been using the Prime service since ****, and recall paying for delivery orders in **** and not once using any of the Prime features. At no stage do I remember signing up to the service, so am a little unclear how this would have come about. For the past * years, I have been using the service and love it. However, I wanted to see how I would go about getting a refund for the year of ****, as feel a little hard done by that I was paying for a service that I wasn't using. I'm hoping that you can go back through my user history and see that this is the case.*Many thanks,*Tom
