I refer to my Order * ***-*******-******* placed **th October and my subsequent e-mail to Brandoo (of which you have a record) which read:-*"I ordered your "For Little Red Riding Hood" cloth but yesterday there was*delivered instead your "For Heart Glasses", which I did not order. On*seeking to order Little Red Riding Hood again, on the Amazon web site*where I had originally found it, the unwanted cloth was shown as being*sought to be ordered. The site seems to be defective and leaves me unable*to purchase what I want. Would you please send me the cloth I want and a pre-paid return address sticker* on receipt I shall forthwith return the*unwanted For Hearts cloth."*I have now received an e-mail from Brandoo the relevant portion of which reads:- *"thank you very much for your email. Your order was fulfilled by Amazon. Amazon was also taking care of the delivery of your order. For this reason, please contact Amazon directly."*I should be glad to hear from you, its appearing that there is a defect in your site ordering facility, with the required cloth. I have tried to achieve the desired end via the options on your web site but a situation such as this, where I want the item I ordered, not a refund, does not seem to be covered.*I look forward to you and thank you in anticipation**MARTIN BENNETT
