Hi*I have been looking through my bank accounts, as I noticed that you had taken two payments from my account for Amazon Digital downloads.*Looking back, I have noticed that you have been taking this money from my account for over * years. It appears that you have somehow mixed up my email addresses and taken two lots of £*.** per month from October **** to March ****, a total of £**.**.*It also appears that you have been taking money out of my accounts for Amazon Audible since April ****, a services that I have never used (please check and you will see that I have never used this). This totals £***.**.*In total, you have taken £***.** out of my account in error for services that I have never used, or that you have charged me twice for.*I have all this information on my bank statements, but if you check you records, you will see that I am correct.*My e-mail addresses are:******@***.com******@***.com*My bank account details for both of these is the same, so it should have been obvious that this was happening.*Please can you get back to me, as a matter of urgency, as this is a lot of money that I cannot afford to lose.*I have now cancelled all of these, as I no longer feel confident in this service.
