I had to return a faulty item and found that I cannot print return labels anymore but have to drive ** miles for scanning to the nearest post office drop off (the Broadford postoffice which comes up as a drop off place is not a drop off at all). Wanted to send an email to Amazon but after one hour of searching I was still just directed to help topics and had to give up. I am NOT happy with these "improvements". That might be fine for people in cities but ** miles driving to return a faulty item is not acceptable.*I do love shopping in Amazon but I do not like it anymore. There must be a way for people in remote areas to us the nearest post office.
