I wanted to share that I recently received an email from [redacted] mentioning, "We tried but failed to deliver your package today. We’ll try again tomorrow." Despite being home, no delivery driver came by, no one rang the bell, and the package wasn't left in my designated safe spot. Reviewing my CCTV footage confirms that no Amazon delivery attempt was made. Additionally, upon checking my Orders page, I noticed that order [redacted]-[redacted] is delayed. Amazon did not send an email regarding this delay. I'm disappointed as I made sure to wait at home for these items. - Gary O'Toole

I need to discuss an issue regarding a recent purchase of my book on Amazon.com. The book in question is "Maths Riddles For Smart Kids" with the ISBN-10: [redacted]. The problem arose due to a review left by a person named 'Theresa'. She mentioned finding a 25-page section in the middle of the book about "Lady Viagra", which is clearly inappropriate for the intended age group. Createspace has confirmed that this content does not exist in my book, and they advised me to reach out to you for assistance. I am a Prime member and pre-ordered the John Lennon - Imagine deluxe edition in August when it was announced. Being a Prime member, I anticipated receiving the item on the release day, a benefit I value from Amazon. However, the item was released today, and I was disappointed to discover yesterday that it won't arrive until next Tuesday. I was informed this delay is due to a supplier issue, but I wish I had received more notice about it. I assume Amazon was aware in advance of the orders and supply quantities. In conclusion, I expected my membership to provide timely deliveries on release days, yet I now find myself waiting five days post-release. I could have easily purchased it on release day from a local store for the same price instead of facing this delay.

I recently purchased a new laptop after my old one was infected with a computer virus, causing me to forget my email address and password for my Amazon account. I suspect I might have been scammed as I ordered items from an American company on the Amazon website, but they were shipped from India. I used an Amazon Gift voucher for my purchases with a remaining balance of $10. I placed multiple orders in August [redacted] and received most of them, but I am still waiting for the delivery of tooth repair caps due on October 7, [redacted]. I placed an order on Amazon Prime and was expecting the items to arrive today, October 5th. I received an email confirming that all three items would be delivered today. Unfortunately, by 9 pm, the items had not arrived, and upon checking my Amazon account, the delivery date had been changed to October 9th without any prior notice. This is the second time in recent weeks that I have experienced this issue. Despite being a Prime member, I feel let down as the service has not met my expectations. I am considering reporting this to trading standards for not fulfilling the Prime delivery agreement. The delay is particularly frustrating as two of the items were intended as a gift, chosen specifically for their Prime eligibility and guaranteed delivery date. Hello, I recently signed up for a promotion stating that if I added £30 to my gift card balance, I would get a £6 discount on my next order automatically. However, when I placed an order, the money was not deducted. I understand some items may be excluded, but it would be helpful to know which ones are included as there are many products on the website. I have not proceeded with my order as I expected the deduction to be applied. I am disappointed as I added funds to my account for this purpose. My mother bought a gift for me, and I needed to return it for Amazon.co.uk credit. Although the website allowed this discreetly, I had to contact customer service. The experience was unpleasant, taking nearly 2 hours and involving multiple transfers. I knew more about Amazon.co.uk's policies than the representatives. Initially, I was told I couldn't return the item myself, but after quoting the website, a return label was finally generated. Despite this, Amazon contacted my mother about the return, contrary to the website's assurance of discretion. Spending hours to resolve an issue listed as solvable was frustrating, especially when it wasn't resolved properly. While the item has been returned, my lost time and the breach of confidentiality with my mother remain. Some form of compensation seems warranted in this situation.

Upon receiving the product today, I noticed that it did not come in its original box, nor did it have any instructions or protective layer on the screen. Additionally, there was no receipt included. My account has been on hold for about two weeks now. I have been in constant contact with Amazon and have sent numerous emails to them, including to [redacted], but have not received a response. I have verified my identity and billing address information through fax and email multiple times, but all I get back from the account specialist team are automated responses. This is not resolving my issue. As a registered disabled person with a carer, I rely on Amazon for shopping. I had a gift card balance of £[redacted] on amazon.co.uk and another one on amazon.com, both of which have been taken from me, which I consider to be theft. I do not want to resort to legal action, but it seems like it might be necessary. The situation with Amazon denying me access to my account, despite doing everything they asked, is pushing me to the edge. I was charged £10.99 for an Amazon Prime subscription without requesting or signing up for it. I contacted customer service for a refund, but only received £9.83. After providing a screenshot showing the £10.99 charge, I was told to contact my bank, which is not relevant. I am requesting the remaining refund. Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your attention that I placed an order for a 1+6 mobile phone through my Amazon account with order number [redacted]. The delivery was scheduled for today, 13.10.[redacted], but unfortunately, it was not completed. When I contacted Amazon customer service and explained my urgent need to leave the city tomorrow, they agreed to arrange delivery for today. Despite this, the courier refused to deliver the item, even after being instructed by Amazon's representative. I work for a government organization and was shocked by the courier's disrespectful behavior. I request that Amazon take appropriate action against this courier service. If no action is taken, I will escalate this issue to the Prime Minister's Grievance Redressal portal. Due to this incident, I have decided not to accept any deliveries from this courier in the future, and I, as well as my family and friends, will avoid using Amazon for our online shopping needs. I recently discovered I was charged for Amazon Prime UK despite canceling the membership in July after joining unintentionally. I reside in Italy with an active Prime membership there. I have been incorrectly charged for two months and I am requesting an immediate refund. I am frustrated by this situation as I frequently use Amazon UK to send items to my parents or to Italy. Subscribing to Amazon Prime in the UK serves no purpose for me. I have canceled my membership again and do not want any further credit card charges. I insist on being promptly reimbursed for the two months I was incorrectly billed.

I encountered an issue with Amazon.de regarding a "PRIME" order set for delivery on October 15 to our Spanish address. Despite receiving an email on October 13 at 10:18 from Amazon Logistics stating the delivery would be by 22:00 on the same day, the package did not arrive. I informed Amazon to leave the parcel with a neighbor as we would be out, but no delivery has been made. This situation erodes our trust in Amazon and their logistics department. Amazon's service to our UK address has been reliable, as is the case with Amazon.es. However, Amazon Logistics' inconsistencies raise concerns.

After discussions with the seller department, it was agreed to cancel the account and issue a refund of £[redacted] owed to me. Following their instructions, I provided my bank account details securely as requested. On 09 October [redacted], I placed an order for a PC monitor with order number [redacted]-[redacted] and selected Amazon Prime for delivery. Despite being informed on 10 October that the package would arrive that day, it didn't. The revised delivery date of 17 October also passed without the item being delivered. Today, on 16 October, I checked my Amazon account and found a message stating that the item was delivered on Wednesday to a pickup location. However, I didn't receive the usual email with the pickup barcode. When I attempted to pick it up at Morrisons News & Lottery Kiosk with the invoice, they couldn't locate my order. I then tried to contact Amazon through their chat service, which I've used in the past, but it seems to be unavailable. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the situation has left me feeling frustrated.
