Get a refund as i never requsted to be signed up to it ... I was charged £**.** for the use of Amazon prime but I have never requested it or signed up to it I contacted you regarding a refund but I only received £*.** when I challenged this I was asked to send a screen shot to prove I was charged £**.** so I did but the response I got was to contact my bank but it has nothing to do with them so I would like the rest of my refund . **I am hoping that I don't have to contact you again regarding this issue I have said in my last email that I don't want to be forced to contact trading standards over this **I am looking forward to your response regarding this matter
I would like the rest of my refund as i have given proof that I was charged more then I should have been
